ACOPIA

Acopia is a band from Naarm/Melbourne, formed in 2018 by Kate Durman, Lachlan McGeehan and Morgan Wright. Blending elements of dream-pop, shoegaze, slowcore and electronic music, their songs are built on atmosphere, texture and a quiet emotional pull.

Their debut album Chances was released in 2022, followed by a self-titled LP in 2023. Since then, they’ve sold out headline shows across the UK, Europe and Australia, performed at festivals including Wide Awake (UK), Les Nuits Botanique (BE) and Golden Plains (AUS), and shared the stage with Bar Italia, Chanel Beads and Daniel Avery.

Blush Response, their third album, was released in September 2025 via UK/US label Scenic Route - the label responsible for bringing us Mark William Lewis and Nourished By Time. The record was named one of the Albums of the Year by Resident Advisor and Gorilla vs Bear, marking a new level of critical acclaim for the band.
