MANNEQUIN DEATH SQUAD

MANNEQUIN DEATH SQUAD is an instrument swapping, rock/punk band from Melbourne, Australia. The fiercely independent duo has left a trail of enthusiastic and passionate fans in their wake across the globe. Mixing catchy pop melodies with ferocious punk rock riffs, and an infectiously energetic live show.

Touring worldwide completely DIY, MDS have shared the stage with many including: SUICIDAL TENDENCIES, HOLLYWOOD UNDEAD, SOULFLY, SOFT PLAY, DZ DEATHRAYS, NENA, FRENZAL RHOMB and WAAX.

Their sophomore album ‘Wise and Dangerous’ released April 4th, 2025 independently and was toured around Australia concluding with a sold-out Northcote Social Club (300cap) in their hometown of Melbourne with a second show added. The album charted at #3 on the Indie charts (AIR).

Prior to this, the pair recently returned from a 17 date ‘DIY or DIE’ Europe tour, filling venues across Europe and the UK concluding with a supporting slot with Soulfly in the south of France. The tour was booked, managed and funded completely by themselves.

The band also showcased at SXSW Sydney for the second year in a row.

2023 featured an appearance at Rebellion Festival (UK), a supporting slot for NENA in Amsterdam and an onslaught of performances across Europe and a headline set at Ziro Festival in the scenic foothills of the Himalayas in Aranachal Pradesh, India.

The year was capped off with being handpicked by Mike Muir to support Suicidal Tendencies on their Sold-Out Australian Tour.

The band’s debut album “Super Mental Psycho” was co-produced with legendary Australian producer Mark Opitz (AC/DC, INXS, The Angels, Divinyls).
