THE ORDINARY BOYS

  • The Venue, Worthing

The Ordinary Boys are an English indie rock band from Worthing, formed in 2002, known for their Britpop/mod-influenced sound, named after a Morrissey song. Fronted by Sam Preston, the core lineup included William J. Brown, James Gregory, and Simon Goldring. They gained fame with hits like "Boys Will Be Boys," featured in Harry Potter, but faced lineup changes and hiatuses before reforming with new members, continuing to tour and release music with a blend of punk, ska, and indie rock.
